Obituary
DorIs Jean Della, age 76 of Altoona, died Sunday afternoon July 2, 2023 at UPMC Altoona. She was born the daughter of the late Chester P. and Evelyn M (Pope) Green. Surviving are two sons: Larry E. and Roman A. DeLeo; sisters: Rita A. Green, Nancy S. Sinisi and Miriam L. Maurer; one grandson, one granddaughter and one great grandson. Doris was a 1964 graduate of Altoona Area High School who retired as a registered respiratory therapist from several area hospitals. She was preceded in death by a sister, Martha M, Champney. At the request of the deceased there will no public viewing or funeral service.
